Place the items in their original compostable packaging and include all original tags to ensure the garment can be safely recirculated.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
